JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to withdraw this application. This application is permitted to be withdrawn. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, learned Court below will be required to consider his application for regular bail on its own merit without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no material has come against him in course of investigation, except one statement recorded by the son of the deceased after three and half months of the Institution of the First Information
