Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4, 8 of the POCSO Act. Accusation against the petitioner is that he made abortive attempt to outrage the modesty of a minor girl. Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Charge sheet against the petitioner has already been submitted for the offence punishable under section 354 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4, 8 of the POCSO Act. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 13.5.2016.
