JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 366/494/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he had induced the daughter-in-law of the informant to go with him. Roshani Devi, the daughter-in-law of the informant, in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that due to assault and torture by her in-laws she had left the house along with the petitioner. She further expressed her desire to be with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim lady, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29467 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Araria/Successor Court, in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.155 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
