JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/ order / direction commanding the Respondent authorities to declare the petitioner as the actual owner of the Kaushal Vikash Kendra no. KYP06060054, Karakat, Rohtas in place of M/s Ramjee Society in view of the policy decision of the Govt. to regularise the name of actual person running the centre on franchisee mode as the petitioner has been running the aforesaid centre as

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
