15.01.2015 Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 4, it appears that against the petitioner the outstanding dues of advance to the tune of Rs. 1,81,334/- has not been accounted for. On 23.11.2013, before the Lok Adalat, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the sole petitioner had died. However, today neither anybody appears on behalf of the petitioner nor any application has been filed for substitution.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off.
