The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P.S.Case No. 414 of 2017 registered under Sections 380 and 457 of the Indian penal Code. Submission is that petitioner has been made accused on the basis of recovery of mobile and cash of Rs. 17,000/- but recovery of mobile from the petitioner is not stolen mobile and cash recovered from his possession is his personal money and he has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody for last 08 months.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sanjay Singh @ Sanjay Kumar @ Mukul Kumar @ Santosh Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with
