The petitioner seeks bail in connection with STR No. 236 of 2016 arising out of Kawakol Rupao P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Nawada. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 15.07.2016 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 28030 of 2016 on merit. As such, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
