Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR discloses that the son of the informant used to sleep in the house of the petitioner and the informant was suspecting some affairs between the two. Thereafter, dead body of the son of the informant was found in the house of the petitioner. The police has submitted chargesheet under Section 304 I.P.C. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2020; she is a female, having no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38575 of 2020(2) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amdabad Police Station Case No.62 of 2020, S.T.No.159 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
