The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of killing the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of further dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He has committed no offence. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. He submitted that the

The husband of the deceased is languishing in judicial custody. He is languishing in judicial custody since 26.03.2023.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court concerned in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023.
