2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 470, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner has been found involved in punching fake Engine No., Chassis No. of stolen vehicles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come during investigation and He is in custody since 18.04.2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sakra Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
