2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 14.04.2025, seeks regular bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 84, 143(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others took away the wife of the informant and got her married to one Luvkesh forcibly.

4. This is a case of human trafficking.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

6. Since this is a case of human trafficking, the Court
