31-08-2016 By this application the petitioner has sought modification of orders as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24655/2016. He states that he has already deposited Rs. 33 lacs with the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation as against Rs. 75 lacs as ordered by this Court by order dated 02.06.2016 passed in the said Anticipatory Bail Application. He requires some more time to deposit the balance 42 lacs.

Considering the aforesaid, the time fixed earlier and extended subsequent thereto, further extended by eight
