2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No.212 of 2015 registered on 29.08.2015 lodged under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

4. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 7 named accused persons on suspicion.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has been figured in this case by the virtue of suspicion only. He submits that similarly situated persons have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court which is annexed as Annexure-3 series.

6. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2023 having 2 criminal cases pending against him, in which he is on bail.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Supaul in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No.212 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

9. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
