2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 379, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.12 of 2024.

3. The learned APP at the outset submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.08.2024, the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha, West Champaran along with the Investigating Officer were present in the Court on 27.08.2024 and the Superintendent of Police had assured that the victim would be recovered within a period of one month. It is further submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45244 of 2024(4) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 that the victim has been recovered and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has not supported the case of the prosecution.

4. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that victim had eloped with Pardeshi Ram as they were in love and petitioners who are parents, brother and sister of Pardeshi Ram came to be implicated in order to coerce Pardeshi Ram into submission.

5. After hearing the parties, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Ist, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.12 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application stands allowed.
