This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 1198 of 2014, disclosing offence under Sections 420, 406, 379, 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

In a recent decision reported in Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015(3) BBCJ V-53, this Court has held that pursuant to summons issued by a Court in a Complaint Case, if an accused appears before the Court, there should be no reason why he should not be released on bail.
