JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Sub-Divisional Officer, Banka for disposal of the aforesaid Miscellaneous Case No. 1490 of 2018.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files appropriate petition for early disposal of the aforesaid case before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Banka, the Sub-Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.12497 of 2022(2) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 Officer, Banka, shall consider the same and dispose off the aforesaid pending miscellaneous case, expeditiously. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
