That, the present petition is being preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions to the respondents for disposal of the public petition dated 24.06.2022 pending for the consideration before Inspector General of Police, Mithila Division, Darbhanga purposes to give the complete justice to innocent persons, who were made accused in Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 163 of 2022 dated 08.05.2022 for offences under Section 341, 323, 307, 380, 498A, 504, 506, 120B of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10867 of 2022(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 Indian Panel Code unreasonably and on distorted facts as well as the further prayer regarding necessary legal action on basis of output of enquiry report conducted by impartial agency or impartial team so that the truth will come in picture and for other necessary relief/ relief's to the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
