Petitioner was all along on bail in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 323 of 2010 but he made himself absent as a result whereof his bail bond was cancelled. However, near about three years of cancellation of bail bonds, petitioner surrendered before the concerned court with a plea that during the aforesaid period he was in jail custody in connection with another case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 23.08.2017, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
