2.The petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and apprehending their arrest in connection with Goriakothi P.S. Case No. 292 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 64, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per FIR, son of petitioner no. 2 and 3

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41660 of 2025(3) dt.12-11-2025 2/3 namely, Hareram Singh was in love with informant and he established physical relation with her on false pretext of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that implications of petitioners with present case is only for the reason that they are parents and immediate family members of accused Hareram Singh with whom informant was in live-inrelation. It is submitted that thrust of allegation is available against Hareram Singh. While concluding arguments, it is submitted that all above named petitioners claimed clean antecedents.

5 Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as thrust of allegation prima-facie appears available against Hareram Singh, where implication of above-named petitioners prima-facie appears out of their relation with co-accused Hareram Singh with whom informant was in relation, accordingly

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41660 of 2025(3) dt.12-11-2025 3/3 all above-named five petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Goriakothi P.S.
