The O.P. No. 2 has given a list of four cases which have been filed against him by the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some cases which has been filed against him also.

In view of such understanding, further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 502C of 2010 including the order dated 03.11.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh Patna and further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 569C of 2010, Complaint Case No. 674C of 2010, Complaint Case No. 573 C of 2010 and Complaint Case No. 19 of 2014. Also Complaint Cases No. 194 C of 2014 all pending before the A.C.J.M, Barh be dropped.

The application stands allowed.
