ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 The petitioner, who is wife seeks transfer of Complaint Case No. 871C of 2013, from the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger to the Court of Competent Jurisdiction of Banka Sessions Division where she is residing on the ground of inconvenience.

No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party no. 2 to oppose such a prayer.

Having considered the aforesaid circumstances, the application is allowed and the Court concerned is directed to transfer the records of aforesaid case to the Court of Competent Jurisdiction within the Sessions Division of Banka within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The Court of Banka shall not insist upon appearance of any of the party on any date

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39398 of 2014 (4) dt.22-01-2016 except the date of charge/313 Cr.P.C/ judgment and shall conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting any adjournment to any party.
