JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-01-2016 The common grievance of the writ petitioners is that their applications for grant of arms licence, having been filed in January 2013, are still pending for its final decision. In such a situation, learned counsel for the State seeks adjournment for filing counter affidavit.

However, in view of the fact that admittedly, no final decision has been taken by the Licensing Authority upon the petition filed by the petitioners, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to take a decision in the matters of the petitioners in

Patna High Court CWJC No.8610 of 2014 dt.25-01-2016 2/2 accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informed that he has already deposited two additional sets of court fee on 22.01.2016 which is kept on record.
