In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 307 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that petitioner and his associates were arrested along with sticks and iron rods. As per the police they were planning to commit dacoity. The petitioner is in jail since 5.7.2016.

At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
