2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/30(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 15 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the house of co-accused Sudhir Yadav and petitioner is alleged to have fled away from from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-II, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 128 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
