Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and two others were caught on the spot while some others managed to escape from the place of occurrence. On search, one loaded country-made Katta was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The informant claims that the petitioner and his associates had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. The petitioner does have criminal antecedent of three cases but in the present case, he is languishing in jail custody since 14-07-2016 and the investigation against him appears to have already been completed.
