Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that informant's grand son was playing near his field, in the meantime, the petitioner along with other accused persons caught hold the grand son and co-accused Dallu Yadav pierced the thin bamboo stick in the right eye of the grand son of the informant and when informant objected he was also assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of causing injury is not against the petitioner.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.36066 of 2015 (3) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
