The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No.18 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 64, 75, 76, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 67 of the I.T. Act. Later on, section 103(1), 238 of the B.N.S., 2023 was also added in the F.I.R. 3.

It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the petitioner had forwarded the video of rape of the girl, who subsequently had committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the rape video of the girl had went viral on social media platform and the petitioner has merely forwarded the said video

Considering the allegation against the petitioner and also his period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Madhepura / concerned Court below, in connection with Shakarpur P.S. Case No.18 of 2025. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
