Petitioner being the husband of the daughter of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after eight years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim was mentally abrazed and fell into Well, as a result she died and during investigation prima facie the case has been found under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The post-mortem reflects no external injury. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 90 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
