The name of petitioner appears to have come in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Rakesh Kumar @ Lulha and apart from this, some witnesses suspected the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of seven cases but co-accused Rakesh Kumar @ Lulha has already been granted privilege of bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
