This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9759 of 2020 by this Court by which the court below has been directed to consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.457 of 2019, but he could not surrender in time.

The time to surrender is extended by further four weeks.

Accordingly, the order dated 03.03.2020 stands

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34612 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 modified to the aforesaid extent only.
