2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoswari (Samyagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 447, 354A, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and the police submitted charge-sheet under Sections 341, 323, 447, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, for a trivial dispute, a fight took place in which the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing simple injury.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Ghoswari (Samyagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024.
