Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the IPC and Sections 30(a)/36 of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. Petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2020. He has got no criminal antecedent.

Allegation is that the liquor was recovered from the road side and the same was of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38434 of 2020(2) dt.22-02-2021 2/2 with Mushari Police Station Case No.124 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
