2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 05 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 352, 380, 411, 307 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedents and he is in custody since 09.01.2023.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid fact and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with S.Tr.
