JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-05-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. As per counsel for the petitioner, order dated 25th August 2010 passed in CWJC No. 13812 of 2010 has not been complied as the petitioner has not been paid the salary for the period 2002 to 2005.

It has been disputed by the State that all the admitted dues which the petitioner is entitle to has been paid. In such view of the matter, let petitioner file a

Patna High Court MJC No.546 of 2011 dt.01-05-2015 2/2 representation pointing out as to how the amount for the aforesaid period has not been paid or has been paid less. If such application is filed before the Registrar, J.P. University, Chapra and the Registrar BSBR Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, they will examine the case of petitioner and will decide the entitlement of the petitioner and make the payment, if any, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of filng of the representation along with a copy of this order. It goes without saying that if the petitioner will remain unsatisfied, she will have liberty to approach this Court for redressal of her grievance.

With the above observation/direction, this petition is disposed of.
