After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner by way of filing an appropriate application in accordance with law in case adverse police report is submitted against the petitioner after completion of investigation of Madhubani (Town) P.S.Case No. 400 of 2013.
