Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on missing of Rani Kumari. The petitioner is under suspicion. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that no one had kidnapped her rather she voluntarily left her house for Delhi and at Delhi she doing work of labourer along with Puja Kumari. She further expressed her desire to go to Delhi and not with her parents. Considering the statement of the victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
