Petitioner, namely, Vikash Chaudhary seeks bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 413 of 2006 registered under Sections- 272,273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of carrying illegal wine.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner is only the driver of the vehicle on which wine was being carried and no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner. It is further
