Twenty litres country made liquor and one knife are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 08.08.2016.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the investigation against him has already been completed and further detention of the petitioner in jail custody is not required. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the submissions of the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-II, Saran, Chapra in
