JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-272, 273, 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/S 47(a), 53(c), 54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. According to prosecution case itself, it were coaccused Vyas Mukhiya and Bhuteli Mukhiya who were involved in selling the illegal liquor and so far as petitioners are concerned; it is stated that they were caught near the hut of aforesaid Vyas Mukhiya. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
