Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury to the injured Lalan Singh. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute. Annexure 2 series to the petition goes to show that two injuries were found on the person of the injured Lalan Singh but both the aforesaid injuries were found simple in nature. Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the alleged date of occurrence, it was prosecution party, who assaulted the petitioner though petitioner did not lodge any case against the prosecution party.
