The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.117 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 325, 448, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant causing injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties for which FIR has been lodged, and in the present FIR, in which it is stated that petitioner fired causing injury as contained in Annexure-3. Further submission is that there is delay of three days in lodging of FIR. Petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.05.2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.117 of 2017, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
