Forty packets containing near about eight litres country made liquors are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 30.07.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that prior to the institution of the present case petitioner had not been made accused in any case of Excise Act.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions on the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gopalganj in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46106 of 2016 (2) dt.21-10-2016 2/2 connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No.207 of 2016 (G.R.No.2297 of 2016).
