Counsel for the State on instruction informs the Court that the process for payment of post retiral dues of the petitioner is in process. Some steps have already been taken. Authorization has also been prepared, which will be forwarded to the office of Accountant General.
The writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the Commandant, BMP-6, Muzaffarpur that all the exercise with regard to post-retiral dues of the petitioner must be expedited and paid to the petitioner preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order. Writ application stands disposed off.
