2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhaura P.S. Case No. 351 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 130(1), 80(1), 61(1), 238, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the deceased has committed suicide and the police, after investigation has submitted chargesheet under Section 108(1), 238(B), 3(5) of the BNS and in support of the same, he has also produced a photocopy of the

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Lakhaura P.S. Case No. 351 of 2025.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. The Photocopy of the charge-sheet produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
