2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that during the pendency of the writ application, the admitted retiral dues have been paid. However, he submitted that if due to any inadvertence, any claim of the petitioner may have remained unpaid, liberty be given to him to move before the authorities concerned.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If any representation is filed by the petitioner before the competent authorities within four weeks from today, regarding any claim which remains unpaid, the authorities concerned shall look into the matter and dispose off the same by passing reasoned order.
