2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 443 of 2022 lodged on 01.09.2022 under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
3. As per the prosecution case, 360 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from a Tata Sumo vehicle connected with the petitioner and other co-accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has not been apprehended from the place of occurrence, rather he has been dragged in this case, on the basis
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42327 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 of secret information. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2023 and apart from the present case, the petitioner is accused in two more criminal cases in which he is on bail.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 443 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U T
