2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the complaint dated 17.12.2013 (Annexure-8) made by the present petitioner under

Patna High Court CWJC No.6883 of 2014 dt.02-02-2016 2/2 Clause-9 of the advertisement against the candidature/selection of Smt. Abhilasha, respondent no. 12 herein under Rajiv Gandhi Rural LPG Distribution Scheme and to restrain the respondents from issuing Letter of Intent in favour of the said Smt. Abhilasha respondent no. 12.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite a complaint having been filed on 17.12.2013 in terms of Clause-9 of the advertisement against the selection of Smt. Abhilasha (respondent no. 12), the same remains pending before the authorities and no final decision has been taken in the matter.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation appears and has been heard in the matter.

5. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed with a direction to the Managing Director of the respondent Corporation to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2013, if still pending, expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
