That this application has been filed for issuing of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondents concerned to release the arms i.e. N.P. Bore Rifle (.315 Bore) bearing No. 8172 (BSA) and 8 live cartridges in favour of the petitioner of which the petitioner is a valid licence and the said Rifle was deposited in Sasaram (Town) Police Station in the light of the general elections of Bihar Assembly which was to be held in the year 2020." Considering the prayer made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner
