2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(4) and 318(3) of the B.N.S..

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that this petitioner was working as a Field Staff Employee in Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL), Rosera Brach, District- Samastipur. His duty was to collect weekly loan installments from the borrowers and deposit the same in the company account. It is alleged that during the period from 23.08.2023 to 06.06.2024, petitioner collected loan repayment amounts from borrowers but failed to deposit the same in the company account and misappropriated a total sum of Rs. 4,28,891/-, thereby causing

4. Considering the aforesaid and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
