2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 4.5 liters of beer and 4 liters of English wine have been recovered from the roof of the house of this petitioner. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the Full Bench decision of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2019(2) P.L.J.R. 1089 (F.Β.) and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
